Considering the needs and concerns of women employees at priority, this project is an initiative under Smart City Mission and GoUP initiative Mission Shakti. It is proposed that all government offices shall have a women helpdesk comprising of crèche with play area, a feeding room, lockers and a restroom.

This will empower the women to continue with their jobs even after having a baby. This initiative at all public offices and institute will encourage other semi- public and private organizations to empower women employees.
