There is a lack of public spaces in Bareilly for social interaction, as such; rejuvenation of Sanjay Community Lake, Sanjay Community Hall and the surrounding region will provide people with a good space for collaboration and sharing of ideas thus strengthening community and interpersonal relationships. The Sanjay Community Hall is proposed to be renovated to entertain large gathering of people for functions as well as to accommodate the performers coming to the proposed complex

The hall and the rejuvenated lake with public spaces and activities planned around it and are meant to provide public interaction spaces, activities like regular physical activity which is essential to health and longevity, and thus is essential for the growth of the city. These include:
