The site is located Inside ABD area and is located on the Kutubhkhana Road with site area of around 2800 sqm. The site has an existing nagar Nigam Parking with Vendor Steet and Unorganised Vendors standing on all sides of the Moti Park. Moti Park has the clock Tower of the city which is currently not in the working state and requires renovation there is a road crossing between the site as seen in the figure below which is planned to be taken under the park development. As the Parking requirements of the area is bound to increase and barely serves the current traffic. The parking site shall be redeveloped with provisions and space allocation for Multilevel car parking. The Site is surrounded by Shops from three sides.

The project aims to revive the clock tower and manage the site into a small and relaxing public space. As the park is closed with boundaries on all side the project aims to create a visual connect of people walking outside with the internal site along with focus on the clock tower through lighting. The concept includes landscaping of the existing site and redevelopment of existing parking site.
