Bareilly Smart City Limited (BSCL) intends to establish e-learning in Bareilly, where any underprivileged students can avail the facility of this e-learning platform for preparation/ self-assessment for competitive exams i.e (Medical, Engineering, SSC, Railways, Teaching, Police, UPSC, Banking, CET etc.) BSCL will provide the space in each ward along with necessary basic infrastructure (Site Location, computers, internet, video lecture recording and broadcast system etc).

The idea is to have a central location, from where any problem solution lecture (live class for interacting with students at other locations and resolve their queries), can be delivered through video feed to other locations. We anticipate e-content, I-tutor, mock test from an organization which can be made available at all e-learning centres. The online content will be rich enough for coverage of all area of interest for students as mentioned above
